No5

No5 Young People provides free, confidential counselling and mental health support to young people aged 11-25 who live, work, or study in an RG Postcode area.

Counselling at No5 takes place in-person at their office in Central Reading, online, over the phone, and in seven local secondary schools – please note that No5 does not offer home visits. You will be offered up to 20 weeks of support, and your sessions will be on the same day with the same counsellor each week, lasting up to 50 minutes.
