Sport in Mind - Youth
Young people are invited or can be referred to join Sport in Mind sessions after school to get active and have fun with others in a relaxed, supportive, friendly environment.
They will play multi-skills games and enjoy a range of confidence-building activities based on the central Sport in Mind themes: heatrate, communication, breathing, and focus.
While improving their sporting ability, they will also be learning lots of ways to take care of themselves physically and mentally and building emotional resilience. There will be a maximum of 10-12 children places available per session.
