What is Safe Haven?
Our North and Mid Hampshire Safe Haven provides emotional and practical help to individuals experiencing mental health crises. We give you the option to talk to one of our staff about how you are feeling, and will help you to access the right support within calm, safe & confidential surroundings. You can come in person to the Safe Haven, speak to us over the phone or access it virtually.
Who is it for?
The service provides face to face immediate crisis support if you are struggling with your mental health. While we predominantly serve residents of Test Valley or Basingstoke and Deane who are aged 18 years and over and experiencing a mental health crisis, please be assured that nobody will be turned away based on where they live. We have operate an online virtual appointment system for those unable to attend physically.
When is the service open?
Safe Haven is open 6pm and 10pm 365 days a year (including Bank Holidays) 6pm and 10pm

You can drop in and see us during our opening times 6-10pm, there’s no need for an appointment. We are located at the Andover Mind Wellbeing Centre, 3 Vyne Road, Basingstoke, RG21 5NL

We appreciate it’s not always easy to get to our wellbeing centre in person, so if it’s easier for you, we also provide support and advice via video call through our online waiting room.
