South West Hampshire Safe Haven

The South West Hampshire Safe Haven is open to those over the age of 18 and live in South West Hampshire: New Forest, Totton, Romsey, Eastleigh, Southern Parishes (Hamble, Hedge End, Butlocks Heath, Botley, Netley), but please be assured we will not turn anyone away.

At the South West Hampshire Safe Haven, we are unable to give medication or therapy, but we are able to provide in-the-moment support on your terms. Our team is made up of people who have lived experience of their own mental health challenges.

This service is available everyday 5pm-11pm and can be accessed by dropping in at the South West Hampshire Safe Haven, 111 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, SO50 9DS, you can contact us on 0344 264 5310, or through our online service Involve (link on our website).
