The Mental Health Single Point of Access provides a single entry point for referrals to secondary mental health services and support in a mental health crisis in the boroughs of Hounslow, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Ealing.

If you are in a mental health crisis, you can call at any time of the day. You do not need to be referred.
