Open Door - Stockport

Our service provides people living in Stockport access to fast mental health and wellbeing support tailored to individual needs. Our friendly and caring team provides immediate crisis management and emotional support, taking a person-centred approach to hearing your needs and creating an action plan.

We can offer you support via telephone, video calling and face to face at our hub in Stockport town centre.

Our number is 0161 549 9717. Please note this line is an answering service and a member of our team will respond to you as soon as they can.

You also don't need an appointment to come and visit Open Door. Our hub is located at 83 St Petersgate, Stockport, Greater Manchester, SK1 1DN. You can come by anytime during our opening hours:

• Monday – Friday 10am – 5:30pm
• Saturday – Sunday 12pm – 5pm

You do not need a referral into Open Door and you can contact us directly. You can also ask another professional involved in your care to make a referral on your behalf should you prefer. You do not need to have a formal mental health diagnosis in order to access our support.
