111

NHS 111 helps people get the right advice or treatment they need, be that for their physical or mental health.

Call the helpline on 111 and select the 'mental health option'.

The phone will be answered by a trained mental health professional who will be able to listen to your concerns and help you get the support you need. With your permission, they can also access your electronic patient records to better meet your needs.

They can offer advice over the phone, put you in contact with crisis alternative services such as Crisis cafés, walk-in Mental Health Assessment Service or refer you to your local Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team.
