We offer short-term therapeutic interventions for adults (18+) who have mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Our primary aim is to enable people to learn healthier coping strategies to improve their well-being and to manage their difficulties themselves.

We can offer:

Silver Cloud online Cognitive Behaviour Therapy programme

  • Course of 7-8 modules for depression, stress and anxiety
  • Includes videos, quizzes, interactive tools, and real-life stories
  • Regular support from a practitioner via the platform
  • Accessible anytime, using your computer, tablet or phone

Individual Therapy:Up to 6–8 sessions using one of the following approaches:

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) – Focuses on the links between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Encourages practising new skills between sessions.
  • Counselling – Provides space to explore thoughts and feelings, especially around difficult current situations.
  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) – Used for single-event trauma. Involves briefly focusing on the memory while using eye movements, tapping, or hand buzzers.
  • CAT (Cognitive Analytic Therapy) – Helps identify patterns from early life that affect relationships and self-view. Encourages change through self-awareness and reflection.
