Ed's Man Club

Ed's Man Club is a free, peer-led support group for men aged 18 and over, by the Isle of Man mental health charity EdSpace.

It provides a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space to talk about mental health, share experiences and support one another. There is no pressure to speak – you can simply listen until you feel ready.

Groups meet every Thursday at 7pm across in Douglas, Ramsey, Castletown and Peel. Visit the website for the latest venue information.
